Trump wants Greenland. He said so in 2019 and now again in 2025. At first I thought Trump was just joking, but no…it turned out the man was dead serious.
Well to tell you the truth, I can understand why. For missiles it is the shortest distance to Russia and there is a strategic sea route called the Northern Passage there.
Russia is starting to move into the territory and wants to control it, but the Americans already have the Thule Air Base (now Pituffik Space Base) up in the North of Greenland since the 1950’s.
What a lot of people don’t know is that Denmark and the USA made a secret NATO deal to have the base there, but to do so, they had to forcibly expropriate the land and relocate (twice) the Uummannaq tribe who lived there for centuries.
About 60 years later, a court ordered the Danes to compensate the people…and a pittance was paid. This is the same Denmark who was in front of the Anti-Apartheid campaign and complained about forced removals in South Africa. Bunch of hypocrites.
I won’t mention the Danish slave colonies of the Virgin Islands which they sold to the USA in 1917 for $25million and their slave forts they had in Ghana, which they called “trading posts”, but it is true. You can go read about it.
Of course the Danish government did not like Trump’s idea one bit.
I don’t know why. The US tried several times in the past to acquire Greenland notably in 1867, 1910, 1946, 1955, 2019 and 2025.
So what is the big hullabaloo about?
In 2003 I studied a whole semester in Denmark. A few years later I even got married in Denmark, Bornholm, near where Biden blew up the Nordstream gas pipeline. I go back there regularly and still have many friends in Denmark.
Back then, every time I asked the Danes about their relationship to Greenland, they just sighed and looked deep into their beers.
“Mike”, they used to say, “we just look after Denmark, because nobody else wants to.”
To ordinary Danes, Greenland is a sore point. A black hole where hard earned tax money disappears down. They get nothing in return.
Greenland is a money laundering scheme for the Danish crown, mega-corporations like Maersk and the Danish government. Everyone in Denmark knows it.
Independence is not an option, because the Danes tell me that Greenlanders are primitive people who are not interested in being civilised, and besides….25% of the inhabitants suffer from venereal diseases.
I said, “WHAT?”
What I did not know, was that Greenlanders…Innuits…practice ritual spouse exchange, aka “wife-swapping”.
It is still widespread although they say it is a lot less now since Christian missionaries arrived. It is fully part of their culture. In fact if a man offers you his wife, and you refuse, it is like a major insult to him. He will be deeply offended. Check this video.
Another reason Trump wants Greenland is because of the oil, gas and minerals.
France said they would send troops there…to do what? The French haven’t one a single war since Napoleon. What are they going to do when Trumnp send in 5000 Marines? Go to war with a NATO ally?
But there is another reason nobody talks about…an esoteric, occult reason.
The time around the Second Anglo Boer War was a remarkable time. People went from horse drawn carriages and candle light to cars, electricity, telephones, radios and airplanes in a very short period of time.
Roundabout this period there were also a lot of free-thinking intellectuals, interested in hidden knowledge. They formed an organisation called the “Thule Society”.
They managed to get their hands on some ancient Greek and Roman maps and writings and found out that the Greeks believed in a land at the Northpole called “Hyperborea” where an advanced race of people 2,7 meters tall, lived.
This land, shown on several ancient maps was also known as “Thule”.
The 1500 members of the “Thule Society” were neither stupid nor crazy. They were mostly highly educated and well-read individuals who often spoke several languages. They believed that the earth was hollow with openings at the south and north poles. There was an internal sun and a moderate climate with a haze where there is no day nor night. There’s an advanced race of people living there in cities called Agartha, Shambhala, Shangri-La, etc.
Of course nobody can go and check, because it is forbidden to fly over the poles, apparently for environmental reasons. The poles are closely monitored for any traffic.
Since 2018 Scientists are baffled by neutrinos coming out at the poles. Usually, we are told , that the Neutrinos come from the sun and when they hit our atmosphere at the poles, the cause the Aurora Boerealis. The Northern Lights. How is it possible then that these neutrinos can come from inside the earth?
